Anyone know how they do it? Skipping SB on party

I've been sitting here watching this guy names Zkayl at my table skip the small blind every round.

He posts the big blind, sits out for the small, and when he un-sits out after the button passes, he gets hands behind the button without posting.

Party support said they were aware of the situation and were working to fix it. which means nothing to me.

Anyone know how these guys are doing it?

I know if it has been raised and I time out in the BB it will have me sit out the next hand. Then, if you click I Am Back before the next hand after that is dealt, it brings you into the CO without posting. I am not sure if it works if you just choose to sit out the SB.

is not getting the button worth not posting the sb?

EDIT: personally, my button is worth .11bb. my expectation is the sb with posting is -.10bb. so it costs me money not to post the sb as long as the absolute value of the gain from the button > absolute value of the loss from the sb?

Seems like that would be pretty easy to figure out with PT. I make 0.15 bb every time its my button, in my small database, and lose 0.08 bb when i post my sb. So for me seems like it would be a tragedy to use that strategy. haha rhyme

This is only true for a good player. A bad player will easily loose to much in the sb and is thus cheating good players out of profit with this 'trick'.

are bad players sophisticated enough to :

1) figure out how to skip the sb?

2) realize it costs them more money to play the sb than to skip it?

3) give up their utility of gambling in the sb and button for what may appear to be small amounts of money?

to turn that right around, wouldnt a winning player look at his PT and come to the same realization we all just did?

It looks like this guy is either a marginal winner or marginal loser who thinks he plays well, from this sort of bayesianish analysis.
