Late in a tourney situation

Blinds are 2K/4K, ante 300, first part of 20 minute round. 3 tables left out of 14, pay 9 places. 8 other players at this table

2 big stacks are opposite you- one on the button, one in the SB. The SB's stack just got that large when he took away the big stack 2 to his left, cracking his Aces. Everyone else has less than you.

UTG only has 5300 now and is steaming. He's been playing lots of crazy cards and winning, so he's a mess now that his big hand got trashed. He disgustedly throws in all of his chips; you read him as not acting.

UTG+1 folds. You have T18K and J8s. What is your move?

Why would you want to consider putting in over 25% of your stack, with several players yet to act, with J-8?

Steaming or not I need at least a pair of sevens+, A10-AK, KQ, and possibly KJ to call this.

Because I think I have a better hand? Because the blinds hit me in 3 hands?
