Moving from 1/2 to 2/4 or 3/6

Been playing 1/2 6-max now for 2 monthes and think I am ready to move up. Up until now I have only played on Party skins. Would it be worthwhile to go to say Ultimate Bet or another site that offers 2/4 or go straight to 3/6 6-max? I have always wondered what the games are like but have never left the party skin realm. What other sites would you recommend for 2/4 6-max. Thanks

In case you mean limit games, I think PokerStars is good for 2-4 shorthanded; enough action and games, maybe high speed too, and the rake is not those highest, like UB might still have, so you better check it first, while the low limit limit shorthanded games just might not be tough - otherwise UB is known to be on the tight side.

By the way, instead of UB one should now try the Pokershare as they give "40%" of their profits back to their players and they have a $250 match bonus (might take a long time to earn) or alternatively other bonuses as well.

Go to the 3/6 at party. Just skip the other sites, as they arent as loose.

I've been dipping my toes in both the stars 2/4 and party 3/6 and the party 3/6 seems looser and has better game selection. I would say to make sure you have enough bankroll and go to the party 3/6. Game selection is going to be important now not at all like the party 1/2 so do so some dataming while you watch a few tables.
