Do you push this???

Party 30+3 Guaranteed 11,000, 50 players left of 399, avg stack about 8000, top 40 paid.
200/400 blinds, 2 off the button with 2700 raises to 800, folded to me, I have 2200 in the SB, with BB behind me with 11000 who won last hand with KK. I see 66. Do you push here or wait for something better? Blinds to go to 300/600 in 2 mins.

Results and my thoughts later

Unless you've seen him make mini-raises with weak hands before you need to let this go. A shortstack mini-raise is often a big hand. Best possibility is a coinflip with a bigger pair very likely.

Thanks Lloyd
Well I pushed lol BB called me with AQ, SS folded saying he had A8
Ace hit the river making me wonder if there was a better spot to make this play. Thinking it over I think there was.

This is a tough situation. If this was my last 33 dollars to gamble away I fold, but if you are playing to win, I push. You have to beat two opponents and 6s are a very good hand to do that against. If you double up, not only can you cruise into the money, you can push again and possibly win. However, right now your chip stack is getting smaller and with the blinds increasing soon, you'll be grinded down to nothing.

that is close, for donkeys a min raise means AQ or KQ, so it is push, if he is tricky with bad luck, it means QQ+, so fold.
