Non-responsive CS. Part of my roll was tied up there for over a week with no way to get to it, and ho help from customer service. And when I say no help, I mean none, zero, nothing. They would not respond to an email. Totally horrible. Not to mention the SS limit games suck. Their infinite reload business model caters itself to the tight tight tight bonus whore/grinder. Guess what you'll find a lot of at most micro and SS games?
