i attempted to make my first withdrawal (for a substantial amount) i won in a big win, and its yet to clear. i dont know if there is a problem, or what the hell is going on. they haven't emailed me or anything. its been atleast 4 days.

My first withdrawal with them took 4-6 business days. The amount was for 6-7k I think.

don't bother counting the weekend days they don't count.

Large withdrawls (particularly five figure) can take awhile. With the amt. of money changing hands in the big NL games, they probably will review your play before sending you 10's of thousands of dollars. I'd shoot them an e-mail but not worry about...you will be paid.

I am also waiting for a UB cashout. Also my first, I e-mailed last night and the response was that anything over 2k required extra verification ect. I requested on the 15th, a Saturday.

How about this, I was playing under a friends account (I put the money in) and am trying to withdraw back into Neteller. It's his UB account and my Neteller, is this going to be an issue?
