AC $5-10 Stud ?

Where's the best place to play $5-10 stud in AC ?

I know that it always goes at the Taj and Trop, but I've heard that sometimes Bally's, Borgata, and Harrah's run it also. Anyone have any experience at these casinos with $5-10 stud games ?

I'll probably be playing during the week starting around 11AM, so that will play a factor too. I heard that the Taj stud games during the week are mostly older regulars.
Any suggestions ?

Borgata does spread 5/10 pretty regularly (maybe not everyday). Stud's not my main game, but I think the play varies depending on when you play (during the week it's a bit of rock garden, weekend nights it loosens up a bit.) I figure that's probably true for all Borgata games.

I'm pretty sure that Bally's doesn't have anything but 1-5 Stud.

My experience back in 97-99 was that the trop or taj 5-10 stud games were usually fairly good to great most of the time. There's enough of an ante to make it wrong to play ultra-tight, so there's little need to fear rocks in those games. Also, the generally older population of stud players that come in from philly in the afternoons are generally not especially great players. They definitely can't remember cards worth a darn, which is where most of your edge will come in those stud games. Few of them have ever read 7SCFAP or anything like that either.
