Empire/Party Bonus \"Details and Disclaimer\" question
 

I am trying to read the "Details and Disclaimer" link that empire sent me about my sign-on bonus since I just started an Empire account. The link points me here:

But the page isn't there. Can anyone let me know what the details are? I would like to withdraw some funds to do the Party bonus but I don't want to jeopardize the sign-on bonus I received.
