Its the worst card in the deck for you, I think I wold fold here too most of the time. Other than that I would usually call on the turn.

Definately played well. Provided the turn is a blank I think you have to push over the top of a turn lead/bet if checked to.

I see [censored] like AK/KQ doing this min-raise [censored] often enough to make it profitable. Sure you'll run into 77 and 55 as well but that's poker.
