I've often found that the thought of an ex hooking up really bothers me but then when I find out she has actually hooked up it doesn't bother me as much as I thought and it helps me get over her faster. In a few months you won't give a crap either way anyway.

it's really impressive since i've been in the same relationship for a long time, so it's been ages since i've had ex-related feelings.

Yeah, this is what I found hardest about the breakup with my ex. Knowing that she may be hooking up with another guy. Don't worry though, it just goes away by itself. I couldnt care less anymore.

I never really had problems with it, but it's because the first girl I was ever involved with (not dating, though) actually started hooking up with another guy while I was in the same room. After that, I got blackout drunk for the first time in my life then started hooking up with anything that moved. That helped a lot.

But yeah, just get over it and move on.
