I'll be making the trip, but will probably skip the tourney is favor of cash games. Also, if anyone could assist me in a booking a room as you have to be 21, i can transfer you the money ahead of time.

I'm planning to go again but haven't qualified yet. Haven't been playing much on Stars past couple of months but got 2nd in a DS yesterday. I won the Pearl on Dise Thursday and got 2nd on Friday so I will probably buy-in if I don't qualify. This trip was a BLAST last year.

i'm buying in because variance is a bitch. are you still sharing with 234099328 guys in one room?

anyway, for all the people thinking of going for the cash games last year only about 5 tables of cash games ran when the tournament was going and then it got busy after abbout 7ish(?) when the tournament finished, and i have no idea why you would want to be playing poker in the bahamas from 7pm till 2am. but whatever.

also, i'll be in bahamas for cpc if anyone else will. zj?

so i take it you wouldn't go solely for the cash games? I can't buy into the tourny but want a vacation and would like to play live for the first time, but hearing that they only have 5 games running during the day is dissapointing. Anyone knwo how fishy the games are?

I didn't play any cash games at all last year. No idea why anyone would while on holiday. Yet i only remember about 5 cash game tournaments going while the tournament was on. It seemed decent though because the tournament was split into 2 days early, then most were out after that. The games i remember were 25/50 nl. 10/25(?)PLO and a 300/600 mixed.

Nearly everyone was in the lobby multitabling pokerstars. Crazy.

Now officially in. Got heads up w/ Buckohfive in a doubleshootout and paid him 4444 to go away. I rarely chop but dang I wanted this trip. On a heater that you dream about... Played less than 20 tournies in past 10 days and have 1st, 2nd and 11 in paradise Pearl (4 tries), a 6th and 33rd in the 800+ person 12K rebuy on dise (4 tries), a 1st and 2nd in Bahamas double shootouts (2 tries).

prop bet. whatever i drink you have to drink at least half, whatever you drink, i have to double. resets everyday. only alcohol included. first one to quit over the course of the holiday loses?
