I hate these hands, but my normal line is continueation bet and go from there with two callers I'm in check/fold mode.

From the turn on, you need to call two more bets to win 7, or 3.5:1. I don't think you're good that often against two callers. Sure, one could have a flush draw, the other a straight draw or A-high, or a small PP. Even if you have the best hand now, they probably have a lot of outs collectively against you.
