Rakeback v. bonuses

at what limit and rakeback % does rakeback become better than a 10x raked clearing bonus? ie. $3/$6 25% rb? 5-10 25% rb? Thanks

Re: Rakeback v. bonuses

$5/10 is the usual cutoff.

Re: Rakeback v. bonuses

roughly what % rake back would you have to have at $3/$6 6 max for it to be better than a 10x bonus(if it is even reasonable)? Well lets make is a 15x bonus because if you had a good rakeback deal then you would have a continuous "bonus" and would have to jump from site to site as much, ie: playing at your rb site other then when there is a good bonus going on at party, stars or such. ty

Re: Rakeback v. bonuses

In general: rakeback < Bonus < Bonus+Rakeback

However, there are other factors you should consider in answering what your real question should be... Which Site will enable me to earn the most $/Hr?

What are some of the other factors to consider?
1. The fish factor (ie your respective win rate at each site)
2. How many tables can you multitable at each site
3. Hands/Hr at each site
4. Will there be enough games at the level you want to play
5. Is Bonus subtracted from MGR
6. Your rakeback%, if rakeback is available
6. What is the rake at each site, how is it calculated (contributed vs dealt) and how does that impact win rate and MGR
7. Is the site compatable with PT and PAHud (which should enhance your win rate)
8. At what rate does the bonus clear
etc, etc (I'm sure there are other relevant factors that I didn't list, but this should get you started!)
