That still depends. You should only pay tax on your winnings once, so much is abundantly clear. But what is unfortunately not clear is if you've already paid the 0% tax on gambling winnings in Gibraltar, or if you should pay whatever your country taxes gambling winnings with.

But yes, Party is located in Gibraltar.

Well in the UK we don't have to pay a penny in taxes for playing on Party.
