You know what album that is -

when you wish everyone was dead, the two outer hits too often, and you pray for a mugging so you can go after the guy and shove the gun so far up his ass he's burping gunpowder for the last minute of his life...

And then you smile at how absurd said mugger would look dead with a gun up his ass and how good it felt and how he deserved it....and how all ignorant bastards deserve at least a good sodomizing or a kick in the balls from Al Capone -

Slipknot's self titled album (debut I think). Its what I listen to on heavy lift days [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. I love the overwhelming percussion and gross guitar.
