A-high raise on turn at 5/10 vs. a 40/20

Opponent is 40/20/2. I just got to the table but last hand he raised a guy with Ace high on a paired flop. Did I wuss out on the river? Spewing on turn? Your thoughts.

I give this hand up once the SB leads at the pot, you have no definition of his hand whatsoever. Its a basically dry pot too so I don't see much reason to try to take it away with such a marginal holding.

Just fold. Let him have his measily $15

OK, I get it...less stabbing at dry pots with ace-high. Thanks for the input.

There are spots for this, change the turn card to a K, and I like the raise.

In addition to others who have noted that this is spewy, I agree. Let it go for 1.5bb....

And, as a general note, how is raising better then just calling down if you think he is full of crap? Guy with this profile isn't folding anything that beats you, and will call with any sort of draw, and what river can you bet? Add a gutshot draw or something similar, and the raise gains value as a free showdown+semi bluff play.
