How "not very good" is "not very good?" Is he a calling station, or is he a maniac type who raises any piece of the board? If he is a maniac then I continue raising on the river. I might even take it up another bet against a calling station.

all other streets I play the same. Nice hand.

I'd put in a few more river bets here. He got excited on the turn and 67 seems like a good candidate, as does a slowplayed 44 or 88. He sounds like he's so unpredicatable that he could have limped and then "slowplayed" his Q8 or Q5, but you describe him as wild and I'am ssuming he gets wild when he thinks he has a strong hand. In other words, without a more definitive read on him, I'd say the rivered Q was not terribly likely to have helped him; I think that either the turned 5 really helped him (67) or he flopped a set of 4s or 8s and slowplayed on the flop -- given my guestimates, I'd be willing to go a few more bets on the river and would stop somewhere around 5 or 6.

Well, he's not good in the sense he plays a lot of weird hands. But, he's not totally post flop retarded. I figured he had this range on the turn:

67, 44, 88, Q8, Q5, Q4, 84, 85, 45 He would probably 3 bet all of these on the turn

On the river, 45, 85, 84, no way does he 3-bet these.

So I'm left with Q8, Q5, Q4, 88, 44, 67

I'm only beating 44 and 67.

If he has Quees full, he's going to make it 100 to go, if he has 8's full, or 4's full, or the staight, he will probably just call. I didn't see any value in 4-betting the river.
