Can someone please explain what these holdem states mean?

pokertracker stats.

It's an application that tracks your online poker hands (and your opponents)
x/y/z normally mean:
x = Pre-flop VPIP(voluntarity put into pot) by %. Any time a player has willing put money into the pot pre-flop
y = Pre-flop raise %
z = pokertracker agression factor(higher the number the more aggressive)

These stats can be used to catorgorize your opponents and play accordingly.

Aggression Factor is a number that usually ranges between 0 and 4. Less than 1 means that the opponent calls more often than they bet/raise. Above 2 is a fairly aggressive opponent, who bets/raises twice as much he or she calls.
