I found it: +44 (0)870 600 0479, but now am having trouble dialing international. I have to use 011 to make the call, correct? I don't believe my cellular plan allows international calls so is there any other way to call them? Thank you.

If you're in the US, dialing 011 800 3551 3551 should work. I know it did for me, although I wasn't using a cell phone.

I tried both numbers, operator says they are restricted. After googling I guess buying a calling card is my best option.

i think they have a 'callback' feature.
you email them your phone number, and then a funny sounding british guy calls and fixes your problem.

Bought a US to UK specific calling card but it won't let me call them either, I'll try emailing them my phone number but since they haven't responded to my other emails I'm doubting it's success. Thanks anyway.

I don't know if this was a problem but when you call US->UK you leave out the (0) part. so the exact sequence of numbers should be:

011 44 870 600 0479

On an semi-related note does anybody know how to convince Will Hill to send a check instead of trying to credit my withdrawl back to my debit card? The first time I deposited I used my debit card and had that under my registered payment type, and when I withdrew they sent me a check. This time I deposited with Neteller and forgot to change my registered payment, which can't be changed with a positive balance, so now they try and send the money back through my debit card and it keeps getting denied.
