QQ Turn Raise To Get Head\'s Up

Hi
I was wondering if I am using this play correctly. My concern is the turn raise. With the 2 pair on the board am I right in trying to raise out the SB in case he has an overcard with his suspected 9.
Reads
SB very loose, almost aggressive.
UTG+2 loose, calling station.

My thinking is that UTG+2 has 9-7 and made 2 pair, I thought he would have bet a 3 on the flop. Am I correct in raising to try to force out SB in case he has an overcard with his suspected 9. With UTG+2 being a calling station I was concerned about the bet but not convinced but didn't feel calling down was right.
