To me this hand looks perfectly fine. btw Scuba are you ever not in one of the blinds? Its huge -EV to have to pay the SB/BB every hand. |

I don't have a problem with your flop plan. It seems pretty likely someone will bet that flop. However, I prefer to lead these flops, hoping I get raised so I can 3-bet. We have a good but vulnerable hand, and there are a lot of 2nd best hands that will pay off. Your line protects your hand better (well, it does when someone actually bets the flop), but my line tends to extract more value. I think.

[img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] And yes, I fold from the SB very often, not as often for 5 chips, but very often for 15. |
