RIO LAS VEGAS

Anyone play at the RIO. If so What limit H/E do they spread? How long is the wait? How is the competition? How is the room layout in general? How far is the walk to the Gold Coast and The Palms? Thanks.

Re: RIO LAS VEGAS

I was there a couple of weeks ago.

Their cards are cheap and worn out. They said they are getting some new ones for the WSOP. Waitresses are cute and wear skimpy outfits.

I was there early and they had a 1/2 nl and a 2/4.

Games are soft, but a few good players.

all said i would go back.

two minute walk to the gold coast? dont remember seeing the the GC, but did see the palms. take a cab. Even if a casino is right next door it takes 15 minutes to walk.

The day I was at the rio, someone was shot on the sidewalk. those casinos are bit of the main drag and would not walk around there after dark. i walked from the bellagio with a bank roll at night, and was a bit nervous. if would have known how long it would take i would have taken a cab.
