Interesting river decision

1/2 Live game.
Player A: LAG local pro
Player B: TAG local Pro
Hero: LAG
BB: Horrible player has ben up player for at least 24 hours, the reason why the table is there.

Player A and B limp, Hero limps w/ A8 suited, One more limper, sB calls, Button checks.

Flop: 776 rainbow. Checked around (not uncommon).

Turn: 5 (completing the rainbow). Sb checks, BB bets 10, player A calls, Player B calls, I call,, 2 folds.

River: 4. SB bets 30, Player A thinks for about 15 secs and calls. Player B thinks for about 45 seconds then makes a crying call. Hero?

What is my most + EV play and why?

I'm assuming that the horrible BB is making the river bet? Anyways, if you raise I don't see anything you beat paying you off. I just call and expect to chop with somebody.
