SF by a decent amount. GB, Minny, Arizona, Cleveland, Houston and New Orleans are all in a tight group right behind them.

I used to think SF was the worst by a decent amount, but damn Green Bay is really trying to match them. I wish SF would play Green Bay.

GB lost to the Browns the night they retired Reggie White's number. They were supposed to be emotionally charged to win. That really puts them down in the SF level.

Green Bay is bad but not awful. This means they've lost A LOT of close games.

Minnesota has to be in the hunt. With Culpepper out now, they might be hard pressed to win a game the rest of the year.

But they've lost close games to bad teams. The only good team they've played so far is Cincy.

Houston Texans by a long shot.

No offensive line and a clueless coaching staff.
