Re: american dad
I am having trouble getting into American Dad. It is certainly funny, but it's basically a rehash of Family Guy, except with no flashbacks or random pop culture references (the best part of FG).

Re: american dad
Nothing could be funnier than the return of the Chicken.

You could always try reading the thread that's already been started on this.

Re: american dad
It's probably a sign of me getting to be a prudish old fart, but this show is a bit irreverent for me.

Re: american dad
that was the best american dad yet. and it was the worst family guy yet by a wide margin, over the past title holder where they do toad.

[/ QUOTE ] The Family Guy was funny, but it seemed too much like the type of storyline I'd see on the Simpsons (the later seasons). A lot of the episode seemed like they were trying to fill time to stretch out the storyline to 20+ minutes. American Dad was much better this week than last week. Last week's episode was horrible. This week I laughed out loud at least a dozen times. |
