when to cash out

so im moving up in limits and have been running very well, my bankroll in party is skyrocketing and im wondering if there is any amount of money that i should feel uncomfortable leaving in there, im moving up as my roll grows and it is good to have it in there to support me if i should hit a big downswing and i dont really need any extra cash right now, so what do yall think, should i just let it keep growing until i have 300ish BB to take shots at the 1/2 game when i find soft spots, or should i cash some out now?

also this is not meant as a brag post of any kind, im really wondering what yall think about leaving very large sums of money in an offshore site, i mean they are a major corperation now, so i shouldnt really be worried about anything, but just looking for oppinions

thanks for any input

I would not leave more than $10,000 at a poker site, but that is my own feeling of unnecessary risk.

You are talking about $600 or something, so don't worry about it.

I don't like leaving more than 5K. No real reason for this, just my own comfort level.

My cashouts to NETeller take only a few hours (from Party), so it's not really an issue. I usually cashout completely everday just to build up NET points to play their free lotto game.

There's really no reason to have more than (# of tables you play) x 2 buy ins in your account. Cashouts from Party to Neteller take a couple hours. Deposits to Party from Neteller are instant. I don't think you have any reason to worry about keeping large sums of money at Party, but there's really no reason to do it.

By 1/2 he meant 100-200. Duh.

As for the OP, I know he said this wasn't a brag post, but I don't really see any other point to the thread other than "I have a lot of money in my Party account, I can play 100-200 now."

Party is a publicly traded company, your money is just as safe there as in neteller or firepay or whatever, and it sounds like you already know that.
