sorry if this a stupid question but on sites (particularly party)which have buddy lists does the person get notified when you put them on a list? i'm just compiling a list of people i like playing against/watching and would like to know...

I doubt it. When I first started playing I sucked so I'm sure I ended up on some buddy lists but I never recieved any kind of notification.
