When to slow down with a set? (Limit Tourney)

Only 2 hands beat me on the turn (T9 and QQ). On the river, 3 hands beat me (T9, 65, QQ).

Where do I slow down? Do I check-call the river, or bet-call the river? Should I have just called when he re-raised my checkraise?
