Bankroll Requirement for Party 1000 NL 6-max

Assuming I beat the game for 2BB/100 hands or so, what do people think is a reasonable bankroll for this game?

Someone with a higher winrate could get by with 2,000-3,000. With only 2BB/100 you probaly need 4,000-5,000.

Edit: Completely misread the post, Thought he said $100. Multiply above statement by 10x.

20K is probably a good start, but with higher variance in 6-max, I think I would prefer closer to 30K.

Tough to assume u beat the game for 2BB/100. If the margins that low it would be possible for u to be a losing player at those stakes also.

play a different game...but 25K would do for that I guess.

Or it's possible he's one of the only people posting their true win rate

PS: All kidding aside, pokerjoker is right unless you are talking 100k+ hands.

im thinking of moving up soon. But first jump is to 600nl 6 max. Does that play much different than the 400nl 6 max?

I'd have 25k for 1000NL. It is typical to drop 7,8,9,10+ buyins. Are you comfortable with those kind of losses? It doesn't matter how good you are, they will happen.

30k if you want to stay at 5/10. I am currently learning my lesson about playing with under 20 buy-ins (I have to switch levels all the time).
