I think if it's hotlinked to where it is already posted on the Internet, there are no issues Mason and crew have with people posting others pictures. It's not like a personal photo in photobucket, anyone has access to that one.

The site can be liable under certain circumstances. However, she'd be an idiot to go through all the hassle of a lawsuit, unless she can get punitive damages.
