Any good books for LIMIT Hold\'em Tourneys?

Hi all,
Long time listener, first time caller

I've been looking around everywhere for good book(s) specifically for limit hold'em tournaments... So far, I haven't found any.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any books that cover limit hold'em tournaments in any amount of depth? I know it's probably one of the most unpopular fields in hold'em play (player-wise), but I'm wondering if there are any books out there that deal with limit tournaments (as opposed to regular cash limit games)?

Thanks

Ken Buntjer - Secret to winning big in tournament poker. (Opinions vary greatly on this one, some people think it's great and others think it's horrible)
Phil Hellmuth - Play Poker Like the Pros (The limit tournament section is short, but very good)

"Championship Hold Em" by McEvoy/Cloutier is good for limit tournaments (though not particularly good for limit ring games).

championship hold em starting hands is devoted in a large way to limit tournaments.
read good books on limit like HPFAP, middle limit holdem, SSHE and then read harrington for how to play tournaments is the best approach I can think of.

Tournament Poker For Advanced Players is probablly the best book on limit tournament poker.
