Turn aggression, ugly river
 

After all the turn aggression (and the button cold calling) I didn't think betting the river would get any calls from hands I beat but I'd surely be putting in 2 bets when I'm behind or tied.

Do you lead out here? If it was just a paired river or just a flush card do you lead out?
