Did I get max extraction?
 

Party 50+5. About a minute until the first break. 624 started, about 300 left.

Just wondering if you guys would have played this differently, and if I extracted all I could. Moved to the table only like 10 hands ago. So far only played about 2 hands maybe at most. They only saw me bet and win a large sidepot w/ someone who was AI PF when I had 9s.

I think I have issues with this situation generally. I dont know how much I can bet that he'll actually call. How much do you bet and why?

I was also sorta hoping he'd come back at me.

try as hard as you can to get all of your chips into the pot. i push the river since you have like 1200 left behind. He might still call getting 2.5 to 1 or so on this. If he calls your all in 50% of the time, thats (1200*.50) 600 chips gained. He calls the small bet of 350 100% of the time for a gain of 350 chips.

Push the river...

Even checking, and hoping for a c/r would be better then that measely bet...

Considering the only "raise" by hero I see is preflop and enver after you hit your set, no.

Considering you let him call the river getting 10 to 1 when he would almost certainly call getting 2 to 1 with the strength he was showing (unless he was absolutely bluffing), no.

Considering you didn't push the river, no.

This is a very poorly played set.

I will usually check / minraise that turn, lead the river.

This is the worst played set of all-time. My dog could have gotten more extraction then this.

So I'm guessing everyone's line would have been to raise the turn/push the river. That's cool. Like I said, I was hoping he'd come back at me on the river.
