Give it a minute. I got the 150. Go to the cashier and click history and maybe you'll see the reason why you didn't get it.

I think he means $70 already in account + $500 deposit + $150 bonus (which is showing up in the cash balance instead of the bonus account) = $720.

The bonus was likely added to your cash balance, not the bonus account.
