No, you have to bet this river, you'll just look like you hit your low, so bare 9s may pay you off.

good bet on 5th, if you get raised you got outs, otherwise you might take it down. when your facing a possible flush but see a hand that can pay you off if it misses, you must bet 4 value, especially here in last position when he's checked twice to you as a flush would be very unlikely. I'd still bet it were I in first position and if I'm raised probably throw it away.
