Re: pokertracker

I got it plus the poker tracker guide through boogster. I would read the PT help files first, then the bet the pot guide, and finally PT Guide.

Of course you should pay for the code. The developer works his ass off on this program, constantly updating and excellent costumer service. Unless your asking if it,s worth buying. In that case, yes it is, it's worth every penny if your serious about playing online poker.

Re: pokertracker

you have to pay to use this. the demo version is only going to log 1000 hands, wich would be useless. If you play at PP or an x-skin, getting set up is easy, otherwise you have to request hand histories through email, or use a hand grabber software. All wich is very annoying. You are going to have to get something like Poker Ace Hud(my suggestion) or gametime. This is extra software that will place the poker tracker stats on the table you are playing. Ace hud has a very cool mucked hand feature too.

One thing should be clear though. To make use of all this software, you already have to be a good player and understand good strategy. If you are breaking even, or losing, you are better off buying a book first.
