As to your original questions, I would imagine I would probably play it here, and I would push on the flop as well.

Call pf is auto-matic. Push on the flop if your image is as a dipsh!t tard, which is likely. Otherwise, slowplay it a little. It's a montone flop, for fks sake.

You played it fine pre-flop. Flop is pretty standard. You arent going to slowplay here.
