Was the disconnect refunds ever resolved?

Am I the only person still getting the run around from Eurobet (or any other Party Skin for that matter) regarding the refunds for the disconnected SNGs from last week

I was playing on Party, it was resolved almost immediately. You may want to ask on the internet forum about this, they'll likely have a more specific answer.

I had a problem with empire but it got resolved after 4 e-mails. See what went on here
