That's a gimmick of the Bay 101 WPT tournament, the stars have bounties on them, when they're busted out of the tournament, they sign the t-shirt "I Busted so and so" and give it to that person.

Sammy attempts to give off this image of old Vegas cool but he really is more new Vegas poser. Totally classless move on his part. Getting into your opponents head is one thing but this is a total lack of class on his part. Personally, I would have pulled my phone out and told him I was going to take a picture of his cigarette entering his eye socket. One classless move deserves another.
