Account Frozen...No Response

I deposited 7500 at a pokerroom skin Betsson. I tried to log in and it says that my account has been frozen and to contact customer support. I emailed them and they haven't responded within about 48 hours. Should I be a little worried?

I would be calling them if they had $7500 of mine locked up.

Just write that $7500 off as a bad beat and try again tomorrow at the same room. I'm pretty sure you'll get most of your 2nd $7500!!!

I think its a swedish company with a base in england, as far as i know they dont have a bad reputation or anything so i think you shoud be able to get your money back or account unlocked.

48 hours means that they haven't gotten back to you over the weekend.
Write again...and hope for the best by Monday morn or afternoon.
I suspect it could be related to the weekend.

Also - I would never deposit $7500 onto a new site that I was slightly uncertain about.

On almost any new site I start with a fairly tame amount like $500 or less....and then after I'm more confident (sometimes after my first cash-out) I'm willing to deposit more (or leave more in my account if I've been running up some wins).

This is very good advice.
