Safe Fold?

Table has a few loose players and a few tight players. In this situation after some calls and a raise, am I usually behind in this situation?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Button (t3495)
SB (t2485)
BB (t2735)
UTG (t4315)
UTG+1 (t1080)
MP1 (t1170)
Hero (t2685)
MP3 (t1290)
CO (t3880)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Against a raise, JT is almost always a dog, but that's not the point of a hand like JT when playing against a raise. If your hand was suited, I think it would warrant a call to try and make a hand that can win a big pot. In this situation, this is an easy fold.

There are a lot of people who will raise with Ax. The fact of this isn't about what I could beat, but if I am behind a majority of the time. In fact, on this hand, I would have lost. And not that what happens after is really of much concern at the time, the preflop raiser had A3 and lost to A9. That was why I posted this hand.

The very next hand I got JT again and limped in, but folded because I didn't catch anything on the flop.

Maybe he MENAT to ask: Am I usually in decent shape in this situation:

Well..one player COULD have 88 and another COULD have AK...meaning YES...

but one could just as easily have AJo and the other KK.

I usually play 10 J about the same way I'd play 78.

If it's suited I'll play along and gladly fold any flop that doesn't create a monster or moster draw. Unsuited? Why bother?
