The picture is real, the pirate hats, parrot, and tv are all photoshopped in I believe.

Clearly the guys in the picture are making light of their situation, so I don't see anything wrong with it.

If i were in NO and i found a pirate hat i would so wear it while on a boat. Then again I have always wanted to quit my job to be a pirate and/or ninja.

That was my thinking. I didn't even notice the parrot or the TV. I just saw the hats. The photoshopping makes the pic not nearly as funny, and it's more offensive. I think I want to change my vote to no, don't use it.
