I cashed out 140$ after clearing my bonus, and it was declined by neteller so I sent an email to casino and they said it was on Neteller's side. I email neteller and they said that it was timed out by the merchant in their records. So I email casino back and they said that it's my banks fault. I email back saying thats impossible because this has nothing to do with my bank and they keep sending the exact same response and closing my ticket.

I emailed neteller again and they said that they cant do anything because they've never had the money. So I ask where is it? Just a warning to people doing business. I'll keep you updated.

glad i only put 25 bucks in. too many bonuses out there to mess with the sister sites, if this is widespread. got about 150 hands to go. keep us updated. Their software needs alot of work also.
Thanks

I'm gonna play devil's advocate for a second- I withdrew both my accounts at Casino.net and Sportingbet.com without problems. I used Neteller and it took 1 day for Sportingbet.com and 4 business days for Casino.net. I just put in for a withdrawal from Total Poker and expect to have it by no later than Friday (knock on wood).

That being said, it does seem like Casino.net in particular is having these issues crop up. I am interested to see how this all turns out. The one positive about Sportingbet.com is that it doesn't use that damn Webdollar for its transactions. Keep that in mind when considering sister Boss Media sites.

Withdrew my full bonus through sportingbet and it hit my neteller within 5 hours.
Im pretty sure sportingbet won't give anyone problems (they are pretty big and well respected)

I just had a problem (accualy 2 problems) with their site, and am going to email them soon. First i had an error depositing so i tried a second time. Neteller recorded 2 $100 withdraws, and i only got $100 credited to my poker account. Before i noticed this i cashed out my $100, because i decided i didnt want to play at the site, but my withdraw was declined. So i have lost $200 to the site that i better get back.

Sounds like a typical cashout snafu along with typical terrible customer service.

I had the exact same thing happen with Interpoker about 6 months ago. Neteller rejected my interpoker cashout, and I played ping pong for about a week with Interpoker before I got my money. Sadly, it's "business as usual", for many online poker rooms. I read similar stories almost on a weekly basis here on 2+2. Just keep your pants on!

P.S. I'm also waiting for my Casino.net cashout. But, I'm not too worried at this point, it's only been a few days. I'll keep you all posted.

i guess ill give sporting be a go and leave the rest alone. Web dollar sent an email about a land based pin number to my home. Im sure waiting for that thing will delay my cashout. thanks for the input.

Webdollar allows cashouts up to $500 USD before you need that PIN number they mail you. So, your cashout should be fine if you use a Boss Media site.

Almost funny: Not expecting anything hasty from Casino.net, I deposited $100 from my Visa into Neteller, and then to Empire, to do the reload, costing me $3.90.
The second, and I mean second, I had done that, the $100 from Casino.net showed up on Neteller.
Oh well.
