Eurobet \"Poker Cashier not Available\"

Is anyone else receiving this message at the Eurobet cashier? I can log into the client and am playing at tables no problem, but am getting the message "Poker Cashier not Available" on the Eurobet website's cashier.

Prior to this I tried to make a transfer from Sports to Poker and got a message saying that my account was locked and to contact customer service. I left a callback request (no response yet) and also sent them an e-message and got the following response:

"Thank you for contating us.
We regret to inform you that we are experiencing a technical problem at the moment, which we hope to resolve as soon as possible.
Please try again in about an hour.

We apologise for any inconvience.

Kind Regards
Eurobet customer services"

I'm getting the same message. It's frustrating to say the least.

Same problem. Stuff like this makes me consider moving to Multi for rakeback.

Eurobet is making me sad. I sent them a letter telling them this combined with having to move all my poker deposits around nonsensically and annoyingly to get them into the poker room was going to have me strongly considering moving away from their site. Stupid rakeback and having accts from before I knew about rakeback at all the other skins is the only thing keeping me there.

This is the answer I'm getting now:

Thank you for contating us.
We regret to inform you that we are experiencing a technical problem at the moment, which we hope to resolve as soon as possible.
Please try again tomorrow hopefully this will be resovled by then.

We apologise for any inconvience.

Kind Regards,
Eurobet customer services

Notice how it went from them promising that it'd be back up in an hour to them claiming that it won't be back up till tomorrow.

Nice "technical problem"

Yes it's an "inconvience" making your customers think you're shutting them down.

These clowns need to get it together.

It's actually pretty common on Eurobet. No big deal, just minorly annoying as I was going to move $25 from poker to sports then back again to get the monthly bonus.

FWIW when I attempt to transfer money from Sportsbook to Poker I'm getting the following message:

"Your cashier has been locked. Please contact Customer Services to unlock it."

I hope this gets resolved soon.

With regards to that monthly bonus - it says you need to play 375 hands...is this raked hands? Do you need to see the flop to have it counted as a hand, or simply be at the table?
