How to respond to a preflop isolation raise
 

Here is a pretty common situation that I think I frequently misplay by folding too often.

You're playing Party, full ring, $3/$6 or $5/$10 at a good, but not great table. A loose-passive EP player limps and a MP TAG (17/10/2, more or less) raises. You're sure that that the TAG is capable of making an isolation raise with a pretty wide range of hands, but you don't remember any hands he has shown down after making such a raise.

You're in late position and, so far, no one else has entered the pot. What are the minimum hands you need to get involved? Do you always raise? If not what types of hands do you just call? What adjustments do you make based on the players yet to act? What adjustments do you make based on the raiser's PFR%? What other things do you consider?
