Got this email this morning. Keep in mind that once i saw they wanted documents before I could deposit, I uninstalled their software. SO I DIDN'T SEND IN ANYTHING:

Dear kfellmy,

Thank you for providing us with the information requested. We have reviewed your documents and your account has been reinstated. You are now able to deposit, cash-out and enjoy full access to all areas.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us via our Player Support Form

Kind regards,

That does not change the fact that your site is a joke.

What is your official policy regarding US players? I sent an email to support and they did not answer it.

How does invading a player's privacy and asking them to send in credit card statements and credit cards exposing the 3 or 4 digit code through a potentially unsecure source like a fax or email protect a player? This by itself is enough to stay away. Anyone that faxes a front and back of credit card and/or a credit card statement to an online poker room or casino, especially through an unsecure method, is asking for trouble.
