Comments from conservatives (re: American Conservative Article)?

This is from American Conservative Magazine, which was co-founded by Pat Buchanan. I was just curious what you thought of the article or of Buchanan in general.

The article is conspiracy theory trash. What else is there to say?

I think the fact that it was written in a magazine co-founded by one of the most famous and respected conservatives in the country (and Buchanan still does contribute significantly to it, too) is significant. Don't you?

No, I don't. And sorry, but when I think of a famous and respected conservative, I don't think Pat Buchanan, I think William F. Buckley. I think Pat has an axe to grind with modern conservatives and displays it often.

But this article wasn't written by Buchanan and includes nothing but conspiracy theories from a former CIA officer (and who knows what that term means anymore!). If anything, the link you've made between this article and Pat Buchanan, along with the tone of the article, seem to show that the author has a similiar axe to grind.
