Barry and Jesus at final table of PLO $1500
Didn't see a discussion started yet about this tourney, so I thought I'd start one.
Card Player Update Phil Hellmuth needs to take some chill pills. Seriously. I love the comment Juanda made to Hellmuth after he folds two pair face up as if it's a gread laydown. Too bad this one doesn't air on ESPN, I'm sure they'd show the tirade. And Greenstein must have gotten some tips playing HU with Negreanu for 500k. Or maybe he's just good??? Title: Phil Hellmuth the Gentleman Log: Phil Hellmuth has been himself all day, meaning plenty of table chatter. But in a show of sportsmanship he decided to shake hands with the 13 other remaining players in case, he said, "I get busted and leave steaming." --------------- The bubble is approaching but play isn't tightening up, at least not at table 18. Phil Hellmuth started some big action when he raised to $1,100 under the gun. The player in seat 3 called, as did the player in seat 6. Seat 7 reraised all in for $3,600. The action folded back to Hellmuth who started a little chatter with the player in Seat 7, Walter Farina. Hellmuth: "You from Europe or America?" Farina: "Italy, my friend." Hellmuth: "If a player from Europe moves in, I know what he has." Farina: "It's a pleasure playing with you, Mr. Phil Hellmuth." Hellmuth: "Thank you." |
Re: Barry and Jesus at final table of PLO $1500
I want to see them HU again like they were at the Kansas City Lowball event last year where Barry won his first bracelet.
That was a great event, I'm still a bit peeved that ESPN never aired it. |
Re: Barry and Jesus at final table of PLO $1500
If Barry wins he is still going to be down $375,000 in PLO in the last 3 days.
hahahahaha |
