The word you are looking for is narcissistic. This is a psychiatric diagnosis of someone who is self centered and egotistical (this is the short version).

If I'm not mistaken, smoothcalling is when you call when you have a monster and want the other guy to catch up. Calling is just, well, calling. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
