This isn't a bluff, you had the best hand.

Since I have a draw with my top pair, I'd check behind the turn and give him a chance to bluff the river and give me a free chance to catch my flush.

I check this turn. You push off worse hands, and better hands call you. Plus, now you have a sweet draw.
